Miriam is an eight year old girl who found herself in a concentration camp during World War Two. With the help of her mother she escaped and fled through the woods where she came across none other than Princess Elizabeth of England who was working at a secret British campsite nearby. Elizabeth’s heart aches for Miriam who was six at the time. She took her in and taught her English. The war ended and Elizabeth took Miriam back to England with her. They tracked down Miriam’s mother and told her to meet them at kings cross station in London. As Eliana Miriam’s mother stepped off the train she scanned the crowd for her daughter. Then she saw her. Miriam ran to her Eliana held her as if she was never going to let go. Elizabeth watched.
