The middle of the night Sasuke has server stomach pain and throws up, kakashi comforting him the hole time. The next day kakashi and Sasuke complete their first mission and go back to the hotel. But again Sasuke wakes up with stomach pain and goes to kakashi for help as he throws up. This becomes a constant thing until Sasuke can no longer get out of bed.
