HOTD: years before Viserys was crowned king he was just a prince like his brother daemon. One day during a jousting tournament daemon represented house Targaryen when suddenly he is battle by a member of house stark when the person take off their helmet it revealed lady evie stark. After the tournament is over he father is upset that she embarrassed her house stark like that. She tells her father that Prince daemon needed to see her worth before her father ship her off to marry daemon. Later her and daemon walk around king landing he tells evie that he liked what she did in the jousting tournament. She say how she embarrassed her father and her house daemon turns to face her and tell her no that it how she did what she wanted. A few days later daemon and evie get married in front of house stark and house Targaryen. When evie go up to her parents asking if they were proud of her for bringing house stark and Targaryen together her parents scoff at her saying that she was a disappointment. When daemon over hears what they are saying about his new wife he yells at them for saying such a thing to a Targaryen and that she was no longer a stark but a Targaryen and that a Targaryen protects their own family and he tells them to leave.

Madison is sitting with Fili, Kili, Bofur and the others discussing the Arkenstone until Thorin comes running with Bilbo on his heels. Thorin accuses Madison of stealing the Arkenstone and grabs her. Kili and Dwalin pull Thorin off Madison and she loses her locket. Thorin holds him and asks if she will give him the Arkenstone in exchange for the necklace. Madison shouts again that she does not have the stone and he drops the locket and stomps on it, breaking it. He walks away. Madison is full of tears and carefully takes the photo from the broken pieces. She runs away as the others call her name. She hides in the room she had found. Ori picks up the broken locket and says that he will make it again for Madison. Fili finds Madison in the room and asks about the locket and photo. Madison shows them to him. He then takes something out of his pockets and then asks Madison if he can court her. He shows her a charm that he had made. Madison looks at him in shock but is happy and says yes. He braids a lock of her hair and puts the charm in it. Madison only asks what Thorin would think of it, but Fili says that she doesn't have to worry about that because he wants to be with her. He gets up and wants to help her get up, but Madison stops him by asking if he wants to sleep here with the two of them, without the rest around them. They sleep together.
